You can use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns Service (tracked delivery) to ship your order to us at our expense.
YOU WILL NEED YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE WORD “MEMORIES” AS YOUR PASSWORD
Initially you will need to fill in your order number and our password
Your order has been provided on screen and in an email. The password is MEMORIES
Then move on to enter your name and address.
Note that although the service is called Tracked Returns the label will enable you to send your parcel to us!!!
There are several ways to produce the label and you can even arrange for Royal Mail to collect the parcel from you, in which case a printer is not needed.
If you wish to take the parcel to a post office you can either print the label or use the QR code that Royal Mail will email you, and they will produce the label.
Please ensure your tapes are well packed for transit. We do not accept responsibility for losses during transit.
We suggest a padded or bubble envelope for small orders, card boxes for larger orders.
Please do not individually wrap and tape up your videotapes, we have to unwrap them and if you over do things tapes can get damaged. Please also avoid using gaffer tape and any packaging that is dusty. Please do not use the Jiffy Green envelops!!!!!!!!!! If we have to cut them in order to open them they produce vast amounts of unwanted dust in offices!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then take your parcel to the Post Office where the bar code will be scanned and you will be given proof of posting and a tracking number.
Should you require faster delivery to us or feel that your items are of exceptional value we suggest that you consider using Royal Mail Special delivery or another similar service.
Please only use one label and parcel per order. Splitting your order and using multiple labels will incur a surcharge payable prior to shipping of your finished order.
