We display an average order service time on our Home Page. All video is transferred in real time, due to the helical scan pattern used to record to videotape, it can not be rushed. So larger orders will take longer. Our service time also varies and will extend during busy periods, especially Christmas. The predicted time can change between you placing an order and it arriving in the studio. It is not possible for us to completely predict our work load at any given time so our quoted service times are an estimate.
