Our standard service does not include content checking and reporting. All transfers of videotapes take place in real time. The helical scan pattern used to record video means there is no way to transfer tapes other than in real time. Each of our technicians is transferring, monitoring and adjusting transfers for a number of customers at any given time. Our studio operates from 6am until late, depending on work load. You are welcome to contact us if you wish us to check and report on the content of your tapes. However the time taken to scan through each tape, delay to our work pattern and individual attention required normally makes this uneconomical.
